Distract the Doctor: Locate the brown bottle on the shelf behind the doctor. Drag it directly onto the doctor's eyes. This will blind him and cause his pants to fall down.
Attack and Escape: Once the doctor is distracted and vulnerable, drag the girl's hand to the doctor's face. She will punch him, allowing her to break free and run away.

False Claims: Despite the doctor's claim of being a "professional," the environment and his actions suggest otherwise.
Red Herrings: Many items in the room, such as the fire extinguisher, green and yellow potions, skeletal hand, scalpel, garbage bag, and long hair, can be dragged onto the doctor. While they trigger unique dialogues and reactions, they do not lead to the successful completion of the level.
Hazardous Waste: Using the yellow hazardous waste bin on the doctor's head is another distraction that doesn't solve the puzzle.
Level 112: Tips and Tricks
Focus on Blinding: The brown bottle is the only item that creates a significant enough distraction (blinding him) to allow for a physical counter-attack.
Wait for the Opening: Do not try to hit the doctor until he is blinded and his pants have fallen, as he will otherwise be too focused on his "procedure."
